On Tuesday, April 3, 2012, 12:56pm, the Green Lake County E911 Center received a call concerning a serious traffic crash located on Prairie Rd. east of Brooklyn G Rd. about 4 miles southwest of Green Lake. At 1:02pm Sheriff's Deputies arrived on the scene and found a one vehicle crash with two occupants seriously injured. Due to the severity and extent of the injuries both subjects were flown, one by Flight for Life, the other by ThedaStar, to Theda Clark Regional Medical Center.

The investigation thus far has revealed that the operator of the crash vehicle, Christopher Zwolski, was westbound on Prairie Rd. and entered the north ditch traveling about 100 yards then crossing the road and entering the south ditch. The vehicle then traveled a distance in a plowed field before impacting the ditch again on Prairie Rd.

The operator of the vehicle has been cited for Causing Injury while Under the Influence of an Intoxicant.

This incident was responded to by the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office, Green Lake Fire/Rescue, Berlin Ambulance, Green Lake

Ambulance, Brooklyn First Responders, Town of Ripon Police, Theda Star, and Flight for Life.

The condition of both the injured is not currently known. This incident remains under investigation by the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office.
