The Department of Corrections is accepting applications on a continuous basis for full-time and part-time Psychologist positions located within the community and at juvenile and adult correctional facilities statewide. All candidates determined to be eligible will be placed on a register for 12 months and invited to interview for positions as they occur. Employees working in the Department of Corrections have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of those in our custody through careers in a variety of fields. The Department of Corrections uses cutting-edge research and an evidence-based approach to drive service and program delivery, which allows employees to be part of an agency that has a real impact on the people of Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Department of Corrections offers:.. Immediate coverage under the Wisconsin Retirement System. Health insurance plans to meet your needs. Supplemental retirement savings programs. Sick leave.
