ELECTRONICS SALES AND PROJECT MANAGER-FULL TIME

Silica For Your Home is a family owned business that has proudly provided their services to the community since 1922. Our stores are located in Fond du Lac, Beaver Dam and Watertown. Our main focus is providing excellent customer service and to give the best experience at all times. Silica seeks to hire people with the ability to fit our culture as well as the ability to fulfill the responsibilities and requirements as stated below.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage department to be efficient and profitable on all projects

• Manage staff and continuous team building and training on new products

• Work closely with customers to properly prepare a quote based on their needs and designs

• Communicate effectively and professionally as well as build strong relationships with

    customers and contractors

• Continually review and monitor projects to ensure they are on schedule and completed within budget

• Design and implement whole house audio, smart home networking and automation

• Create and develop product lineup

• Perform on site pre-inspections

• Work closely with internal sales and service as well as with contractors, designers,

  landscapers and vendors

• Continually research to ensure the department is always up to date on the latest products

  and technology

This position will require you to have a flexible schedule in order to meet with customers at their convenience, which may include some evenings and weekends. Having the ability to multi-task, be organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills are all pertinent to the success of this position. We are looking for someone who has a love for technology and electronics, proven success as a department manager or supervisor, and the drive to continuously grow the department.
