Truck Driver 

The function of the Truck Driver is to transport materials to or from customers in a professional, safe and timely manner in accordance with all local, state and federal ordinances and laws.

Equipment Skills - Demonstrates the essential skills related to the use of all equipment connected to job responsibilities. Displays an appropriate level of concern for various safety factors when using equipment.

Work Area - Maintains work area and assigned equipment so that it presents a safe, organized, efficient and clean environment.

Safe Driving - Maintains a safe driving record and score. Performs pre-trip inspections to ensure safe, road worthy equipment.

Productivity - Produces an amount of work that meets or exceeds job expectations. Has successfully combined skills, ability and effort level to ensure that expectations related to results/output are achieved.

Solving Problems - Takes a proactive approach to anticipating and preventing problems. When problems occur, defines those problems, investigates obstacles, gathers relevant information, decides whether solving the problem should be a group decision, generates and analyzes alternate solutions and arrives at a workable solution.

Customer Service - Strive to create the most value for the customer (internal & external) which results in mutual long-term success. Demonstrates dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers. Professional presentation of self and company.
