The main role of a Production Supervisor will be to focus on overseeing the assembly manufacturing process and the efficient utilization of manpower to obtain maximum efficiency.

What will your primary responsibilities be?

Supervise the activities of the employees to ensure for an efficient and safe work forceReview daily production schedules to meet daily production needs are metMonitor quality of product to assure compliance with specificationsRecommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.

Who are we looking for?

Associates Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferredMinimum of 3 -5 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.Supervisory experience in paint or other production areas that this position will oversee is a plusMust be proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong employee relations management experienceAbility to coach, direct and develop employeesEagerness to learn and grow your careerMechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators.Team consists of 50 employees on a shiftKnowledge in Kronos preferredLean Six Sigma Experience preferred
