Mercury PLM Services is the premier consulting practice of Mercury Marine that provides services from strategy to implementation and support services centered around the Teamcenter PLM System, we provide leadership across product definition, project planning, and team collaboration. Global customers rely upon our technical staff to continually evolve their environment while coming up with creative solutions for today's challenges, as well as tomorrow's opportunities.
As a Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively and independently with external and internal clients gathering requirements and providing best practice solutions. Apart from gathering requirements, you will also be demonstrating Teamcenter and all of its key modules as well as CAD integration with Teamcenter. You will also be gathering use cases for testing and training material purposes.
You will:
Develop requirement documents from interviews and conducting workshops with external and internal clientsAnalyze current process flows within a process or operation to develop and implement improvementsCreate and document test cases for validation or requirementsDemonstration of Teamcenter to clients along with providing best practices with those demonstrationsPerform tests within Teamcenter against the clients use casesProvide training and presentations to usersBaseline Skill Expectations
Functional experience and knowledge within Engineering and/or Manufacturing pillars3-5 years’ experience using Teamcenter and/or PLM in a product development roleBackground and experience in product design and CADAdvance PC skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and SharePointStrong Cross Functional/Team Leadership and Communication Skills.Good Organization skills with strong attention to detailMust be able to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skillsAbility to work independently with minimal oversight requiredStrong process mapping and value stream mapping of current state and future state processesPreferred Skills
Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma methodology, Green Belt certificationKnowledge in ISO 9000:2018Agile software implementation process knowledgeEducation Requirements
