The Position:

As a key member of the operations finance team and with oversight for our largest manufacturing operation on our Fond du Lac campus; this role will develop financial plans, provide financial expertise to aid the organization in achieving the financial plan as well as oversee asset control, including inventory and other balance sheet accounts.

In addition to supporting the day to day plant operations, this role will be crucial in identifying and analyzing various areas for improvement and growth and in providing specific measures to implement operational efficiency improvements. Responsibility extends to accurately measuring, analyzing, and reporting these activities for both internal strategic considerations and for assessing operational performance.

Primary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Lead, plan, develop, organize, implement, direct all finance activities for the site.Business partner to the General Manager, Global Assembly & Support Operations and the plant leadership team.Participate in the development of the Global Operations strategy, forecast and budget planning.Provide timely and accurate analysis of actuals, budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the General Manager, Global Assembly & Support Operations and other operations leadership in performing their responsibilities.Accountable for manufacturing capital investment analysis.Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the business unit i.e., evaluation of potential make / buy analysis and capital investments.In depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices in durable goods manufacturing companies.Ensure compliance with our internal control policies and procedures.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required and 7 years or more of related experienceKnowledge and experience with large scale operations cost structures, lean six sigma/related business process
