Job Details

Accountable for successful completion of large, or highly complex and high risk small to mid
sized capital projects.
b. Recognized as an expert within the organization and within the field.
c. Possesses expertise and specialized understanding of project and construction management
concepts, principles, practices and procedures.
d. Independently performs a variety of unique projects and construction management work that
impacts the business on a large scale.
e. Operates under little supervision and receives guidance only in the most complex situations.
f. Contributes innovation and thought leadership that influences change and advancement of the
industry.
g. Anticipates challenges and recommends improvements and solutions for complex problems
that have a broad impact on the business.
h. Makes critical contributions to managing and solving highly complex and/or large technical
challenges using broad perspectives to identify solutions.
