How you will contribute:

This is a great opportunity to perfect your coordination skills by supporting the sales/project management staff with expediting operations of their projects. Coordination responsibilities include; scheduling and documenting meeting minutes, preparing scope letters, completing purchase orders, updating schedules, arranging travel, tracking contractor certificates of insurance, gathering required information for submitting and working in various municipalities, and much more! Work alongside team members at all levels of the organization by clarifying and resolving concerns while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in this team-oriented environment.

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will help make the most of your Associate degree in an administrative or related program. Prior experience in a customer service administrative-related position, the level of which is likely attained with 1-2 years related work experience is preferred. Successful candidates will have demonstrated excellence in customer service, organization and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and possessing the drive to analyze information and report it in various ways will be essential. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment. Being a self-starter and possessing the ability to work independently will be essential. If you are ready to demonstrate your expertise, Ahern wants you!
