ST. AGNES HOSPITAL Is responsible to meet and support established standards of nursing practice. Performs the primary functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of all assigned patients in the department during scheduled shift. Completion of cardiac arrhythmia course within 6 months of employment (for Medical/Surgical and Mobile Unit departments only). CPR certified or obtained within first 90 days of employment; ACLS or PALS within 1 year of employment. Licensed or eligible for licensing in the State of WI as an RN. Posted On: 4/10/18 Work Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm. 8 hour PM shifts with every third weekend and a holiday rotation.
