Resident Assistant or Assisted Living Associate- Villa Rosa (.5)

VILLA ROSA Resident Assistant: Responsible for completing tasks on the nursing units that maintain the resident's environment Operates fairly independently with nurse consultation to provide the daily needs of the RCAC/CBRF. Has the resident’s individual needs being met with their interventions. High school diploma/GED preferred. Must be CBRF certified upon hire or complete CBRF 5 core competencies within 30 days of hire including: Medication Administration, Dietary, Standard Precautions, First Aide and Choking, and Fire Safety. Starting Rate of Pay: $11.12/hour Or Assisted Living Associate: Provide basic nursing care to assigned residents. Certified or eligible for certification in the State of WI as a CNA. Long term care experience is preferred.
