Patient Care Technician - Hemodialysis Fond du Lac (.01 Occasional)

WAUPUN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Provides direct or indirect care to a varying number of patients under the direction of Registered Nurse. CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) certification through the state of Wisconsin certification program or a national commercially available certification program required within 18 months of employment. CPR certified or within 90 days of employment. Posted On: 4/10/18 Work Hours: Shift hours are from 10:00am -1:00pm, for approximately 3 days per week. Position includes a weekend (just Saturdays) and holiday rotation. Dialysis is open Monday-Saturday (no Sundays). Position may include growth opportunity for transition into Hemotech position down the road and extra hours if desired. .01 Occasional Status (on an as needed basis) two 8-12 hours shifts per month, 192 hours per year.
