Operates AMTELCO and nurse call consoles; all other equipment. High school graduate/GED, office assistant program, or 1-2 yrs customer service call environment experience preferred. Computer skills preferred. Ability to multitask, work cooperatively to assure quality patient care, professionalism, good judgment and awreness of confidentiality.
