Job Title

Inside Sales/Support Technician

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Support Technician is to interact with clients and engineering within the company to make sure they are delivering on the needs of the customer.

They will be working in groups of 5-6 people with 2-3 of those people being other Support Technicians, one team leader, and one Support Engineer.

The Support Technician will be assisting the client in figuring out what they need and giving quotes/ bids on how much the project can cost.

They will then in turn develop the bill of materials for that project.

Will also be involved in the calling of leads that are generated by Salesforce and other internal tools. The system currently is generating more leads then they have the power to call back on.

Qualifications

Must:
- 1+ years in a customer support role
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Technical background

Pay

$17-$24/hour

(additional bonuses and commission available once hired on)
